Wind Speed Statistics for Synthesis Table

This table shows the statistics required for the Advanced setting of the Synthesize Wind Speed Data tool. This table shows the Weibull k parameter and the one-hour autocorrelation factor for each month, and the mean wind speed for each month and hour of day.

You can create this table and many others on the Tables window of Windographer's main window.

In the settings section of the window, use the Data column drop-down box to select a wind speed data column. Use the Filter by settings to focus on a subset of your data if you wish. For more information see the article on filtering data.

To transfer these values to the Synthesize Wind Speed Data window, highlight all the entries in the table, then right click on the table and choose Copy Selection to copy the data to the clipboard. You can also use Ctrl-C to copy the selection. Then choose Synthesize Wind Speed Data from the Tools menu and select the Advanced level of detail. Click the first cell in the table, then right click on the table and choose Paste to copy the data from the clipboard. You can also use Ctrl-V to paste.
