| Create New Wind Turbine Window | |
The Create New Wind Turbine window allows you enter and edit the properties of a wind turbine before adding it to the list of turbines. You can create a new wind turbine file from the Wind Turbine Library window by clicking New. You can use this window to create a copy of a wind turbine file by selecting a single turbine in the library window and clicking New.
The properties of the wind turbine are explained in the article on the Edit Wind Turbine window. When you click OK, Windographer adds the new wind turbine to the library of wind turbines. It will thereafter appear in the list of wind turbines on the Wind Turbine Output window. Windographer considers any turbine model that you create in this window as a "user" turbine and stores its wind turbine properties file in the User turbine folder.
Click Import File to import wind turbine properties from any of the turbine properties formats that Windographer supports. Click Export File to export to any of those same formats.
