Special Synthetic Data Flag

The special synthetic data flag is the one that you have identified in the Define Flags window as the special-purpose flag for synthetic data:

The name and properties of this flag do not matter. What matters is that you have identified this flag as the one that indicates synthetic data.

Several modules of Windographer generate synthetic data, including the Vertical Extrapolation window, the Reconstruct Single Dataset window, and the Long Term Adjustment module. By default, the modules apply the special synthetic data flag to the data they synthesize.
