Time Context

In Windographer, when referring to time series data we use the term 'time context' to encompass both:

Windographer can change a data frame's time context in a process called resampling.

For Windographer to enforce the concurrency requirement requires each relevant data column to share the same time context so that their time steps align with each other. It will therefore resample datasets as necessary to achieve time step alignment.
