The term 'Value of Electricity' is used to calculate the Levelized cost of hydrogen in the simulation results for Hydrogen. If your system meets no electric load and exports no electricity to the grid, you can set this parameter to 0.
If your system is grid-connected, you should enter the grid energy price for the value of electricity. If it is off grid and has another source of generation like a diesel genset, it will be cost of diesel power.
