Lifetime Throughput

If the storage properties indicate that the storage life is limited by throughput, HOMER assumes that the Storage Component requires replacement after a fixed amount of energy cycles through the storage, regardless of the depth of the individual charge-discharge cycles. HOMER uses this lifetime storage throughput to calculate the life of the storage bank and the storage wear cost.
