Levelized Cost of Storage (LCOS) is measured using the same formulation as LCOE but employs storage technology characteristics instead of energy production characteristics. It uses charging cost as fuel cost and discharged electricity instead of generated electricity. (Belderbos, et. Al., n.d.)
