Fuel Sulfur Content

Fuel sulfur content is the sulfur content of the fuel as a percentage of its mass. This value is used to calculate the annual emissions of particulate matter and sulfur dioxide resulting from the consumption of this fuel in a generator, boiler, or reformer.
