HOMER Pro 3.16

The Component Library is a collection of types of Components, containing properties for batteries, flywheels, wind turbines, fuels, etc. Whenever you need to select a type of Component, such as storage, wind turbine, or fuel, HOMER uses the Component Library to generate a list of available types. In the example shown below, taken from the Wind Turbine Library, HOMER is displaying a list of the wind turbine types contained under the Component Library.

You can add and remove items from the Component Library using the Copy and Delete buttons. See the Library section of the help for instructions.

Note: The Component Library contains performance data, but not cost data.
